RETURN REQUESTS
Email CS@muronexa.com within 30 days of delivery with your name, order number, the item you wish to return, and your reason.
Please await approval and mailing instructions before returning anything.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Provide proof of purchase. Goods must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with their packaging, tags, and accessories.
Used goods, damage occurring after delivery, or missing components may prevent acceptance, except for faulty or wrongly supplied goods or where applicable law requires otherwise.
RETURN POSTAGE AND FEES
Approved returns are sent by mail.
Customers pay return postage for a change of mind or an ordering mistake.
For damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect goods, we assess the issue and, where appropriate, supply a return label or reimburse reasonable postage.
No restocking charge applies.
REFUNDS
We inspect returned goods and notify you of our decision.
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within five business days after inspection. Banks or payment providers may need additional processing time.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Request cancellation promptly. We cannot guarantee cancellation once processing or dispatch begins. Dispatched orders follow the return procedure.
